Harmful Metal Removal
Water softening removes magnesium, calcium and other metals in hard water that can be problem some for many homeowners and businesses. Soft water is important, as it extends the lifetime of plumbing by reducing scale build-up in pipes and fittings. I had a problem with my filter piston O-rings leaking. Tony arrived the next day and thoroughly explained how he was going to rebuild the piston.
